FOUR HARD STOPS
Stop if one of these is true. A certificate that fails one of these tests is not evidence.
- The lot number on the vial does not agree with the certificate.
- The certificate shows no name for the laboratory.
- The certificate shows no chromatogram.
- The certificate shows no mass spectrum.
