How this works
Each frequency converts to injections/week (e.g. every-other-day = 3.5/week). In duration mode, injections/week is scaled by the number of weeks to get total injections, and total mass is either injections × dose, or the sum of each loading/maintenance phase's own weeks × dose. In supply mode, total mass comes from vials on hand × vial mass, which is divided by dose to get total injections, then converted back to days/weeks using the same injections/week figure.
Buffer % applies only when rounding up to whole vials needed — it never changes the total mass or injection count reported above.
