Peptide Dosage
Calculator
Enter the peptide mass in the vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water, and your target quantity. The calculator returns the concentration and the draw volume.

How the arithmetic works
Concentration equals the peptide mass divided by the water volume. The calculator shows the result in micrograms per millilitre.
Draw volume equals your target quantity divided by the concentration. The calculator also shows the result in units on a U-100 syringe, where 100 units equal 1 mL.
A worked example
A vial holds 5 mg. You add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. The concentration is 2500 µg/mL. A target quantity of 250 µg needs 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe.
